Join us as an Operations Analyst specializing in KYC/Onboarding at eToro US. Support the KYC Supervisor in refining our KYC operational processes, delivering exceptional efficiency for eToro platform users. We seek an outgoing, confident, and independent professional with exceptional verbal and written skills to join our team. Your role includes extracting insights, enhancing KYC procedures, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Reporting to the KYC Supervisor, you'll shape the future of our KYC operations.

Location:
This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work remotely with in-office attendance in Hoboken, NJ required once a week.This role may be based in any of the following hybrid locations:
- New York
- New Jersey
- Connecticut
Responsibilities:
- Conduct KYC/ Onboarding processes according to regulations and policies.
- Analyze client information for account opening and compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams for consistent KYC application.
- Maintain awareness of relevant laws and escalate compliance issues.
- Review and evaluate client documents for compliance.
- Lead project initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and update procedures and policies.
- Report on progress and challenges to management.
- Handle confidential information securely.
- Collaborate with the wider KYC team.
- BA or BS Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 Years of specialized experience in Financial Services
- Strong project management, communication, and team skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suite
- Understanding of BSA, US Patriot Act, OFAC, and other regulations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent worker.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
